Staff checklists are server-owned task lists for staff workflows: event prep, mod queues, onboarding steps, and anything that should trigger Flow Builder when tasks are added, completed, or when the whole list is finished.

Posted messages show Staff checklist · in the header. For personal or shared member lists, use My lists (/task) instead.

Quick start

1. Open StageHand dashboard → Staff checklists and create a preset.
2. Run /checklist create then /checklist post to a channel.
3. Staff complete tasks in the posted message.
