Terms of Service — StageHand

Agreement

These Terms govern StageHand and this website (the "Service"), provided by BackStagePass Group. The Service includes the StageHand Discord bot and the StageHand dashboard and documentation.

Other products are governed separately: MultiMuse, BackDrop.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). Minors need parental permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, defraud, or violate others' rights;
  • Spam, scrape, or abuse bot commands or the dashboard;
  • Gain unauthorized access to servers, accounts, or data;
  • Use StageHand for unlawful content or to circumvent Discord moderation;
  • Violate Discord's Terms of Service, Developer Policy, or Community Guidelines.

We may suspend or remove access for violations.

Your Content and Server Responsibility

You retain ownership of content you submit (lore, configs, messages processed by features you enable). You grant us a license to store and process it to provide the Service, including sending content to Discord.

Server administrators are responsible for configuring StageHand appropriately, informing members when message logging, MIA tracking, or similar features are active, and complying with Discord and local law.

Integrations

StageHand may integrate with MultiMuse, Google Sheets, or other services you enable. Those integrations are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

Disclaimers and Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE A CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD, EXCEPT WHERE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.

Copyright and DMCA

If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, notify our designated agent at support@backstagepass.quest with identification of the work, the material and its location, your contact information, good-faith and accuracy statements, and your signature. Counter-notices that meet DMCA requirements may be sent to the same address. Repeat infringers may lose access.

Changes and Contact
