StageHand 1.16.0

StageHand 1.16.0 — Birthdays, mailboxes, fewer slash commands

What's new

Birthdays

Character birthday tracking on every server/birthday now tracks PC birthdays anywhere StageHand is. Add a date by hand, import from MultiMuse cards and character forms (/birthday backfill), or drop a Flow Builder Track birthday from profile node on new character threads. MultiMuse card dates win when both exist. The tracker uses the same muse identity as reputation, so one PC gets one reminder even if the thread title and card name differ. Reminders go to the channel and time you set on the node, or to the server default from /birthday setup. Dates follow this server’s StageHand calendar, a real-world month/day, or a Worlds season day.

Birthdays dashboard tab — Staff with dashboard access can open Birthdays on the StageHand dashboard to review tracked characters, muse links, date source, and whether each date follows the server calendar, a real-world day, or a Worlds season day.

{birthdays_today} on Info Display — Template (and forum-tag) text can include {birthdays_today} for a comma-separated list of characters whose birthday is today. Empty when nobody matches. Example: 🎂 {birthdays_today} or {calendar} · {birthdays_today}.

/birthday test — Staff can paste a birthday or a profile line to see how StageHand reads it. If a reminder channel is set, it posts a sample reminder for the last time that month and day occurred.

Flows

/ifttt run — Staff can run a saved Flow Builder flow for a chosen member from Discord. Pick the flow, the member it should treat as the trigger, and optionally a thread or channel for context. Running it inside a thread uses that thread when you leave the channel option empty.

Scenes

Optional image in the open flow — Turn on Scene image in open flow in /scene setup or dashboard Scene Setup. The Open a scene name step then accepts an optional image, attached to the first post. If a time-of-day preset also has an image, the per-scene image is used. /scene open always offers an optional image attachment.

Mailboxes

Dashboard Mailboxes tab — World Setup → Mailboxes creates and edits mailbox indexes (channel, listing header, image, letter/list emotes) the same way Indexes does. Members still add character boxes with /mailbox add.

Starter blurbs — Pick Default, a saved preset, or custom text for the first post in new mailbox threads. Edit saved presets from the dashboard. /mailbox set channel has the same starter-blurb option. /mailbox add blurb and the add-mailbox button can be Default, a saved preset, or custom text for that mailbox only.

Fewer slash commands

• Tickers, automation rules, and forms are set up in the StageHand dashboard. Discord keeps /ticker preview and /ticker status, /ifttt run, /form post, /index add, and /index refresh.

/lore create and /lore post are gone from the slash menu. Design carousels and panels in the dashboard, then publish with /lore panel. Existing in-channel carousel messages still work.

Dashboard

Birthdays/birthday tracking and reminders on every server; /birthday test previews a pasted date and a last-occurrence sample reminder; Flow Builder Track birthday from profile; PC forum recipe waits 10 minutes then tracks the birthday with dice and reputation; Birthdays dashboard tab to review tracked dates vs the calendar

Info Display{birthdays_today} lists characters celebrating today

Flows/ifttt run re-fires a saved flow for a member

Scenes — Optional image on Open a scene when Scene image in open flow is on; /scene open image attachment

Mailboxes — Dashboard Mailboxes tab for indexes and editable starter blurbs; /mailbox add and the add-mailbox button still add character boxes (optional blurb: Default, a saved preset, or custom)

Slash menu — Tickers, rules, and forms are dashboard-only; Discord keeps preview/status, /ifttt run, /form post, /index add, /index refresh. /lore create and /lore post removed; use /lore panel
