What's Changed

Roles

• Color list import from another server — Import used to keep the old server’s Discord role IDs. Sync then created duplicate color roles. Import now matches existing roles by name on the destination server (oldest copy wins if duplicates exist). In the dashboard, use Use original roles by name or Relink all lists by name. After relink, Save, then delete leftover duplicate Discord roles. Sync also name-matches when a role ID is missing or stale instead of always creating a replacement.

• Save while switching servers — Saving Roles, then picking another server, then saving again no longer wipes that server’s lists and panels (or writes the previous server’s draft). The editor waits until the new server is loaded, Save stays off while it loads, and an empty lists+panels save cannot replace a server that already has data.

Scenes

• Close delay after /scene end — When a close delay is set, the thread now closes on that timer even if StageHand reloads or restarts while waiting. The delay used to live only in memory, so it could be lost and the thread stayed open.

Indexes

• /index add first refresh — Adding a forum index no longer errors after save. The first refresh runs again, and if it needs attention you still get the warning instead of a failed command.

Reputation & Challenges

• Live lists hide gone muses — /reputation leaderboard, challenge standings, and the dashboard Live lists only show muses that still exist in MultiMuse and whose owner is still in the server. XP and win/loss records stay stored. • Archive tab — Deleted muses and muses whose owner left the server move to an Archive tab on the Reputation and Challenges dashboard editors (last known name when we have one, otherwise “Deleted muse” / “Member left”). Raw muse IDs are not used as titles.

• Roles — Use original roles by name / Relink all lists by name; safer Save when switching servers • Scenes — Close delay after /scene end still applies across reloads • Indexes — /index add completes and runs the first refresh instead of erroring • Reputation / Challenges — Live vs Archive tabs for parked records (deleted muse or member left)
